Allison M. McFadden, Esquire
Family Law Attorney
Allison has devoted her legal career to helping families who are going through difficult transitions. She began representing family law clients in law school as a Student Attorney through the University of Baltimore Bronfein Family Law Clinic.
After graduating from law school she joined Joseph, Greenwald and Laake’s Family Law practice group, where she is now Senior Counsel. While she exclusively practices family law, the work she does with each of her clients varies widely. Allison has represented a wide range of clients, covering a broad spectrum of occupations, financial resources and legal needs. This includes high-net-worth business owners and professionals seeking fair division of millions of dollars in assets, parents with limited resources involved in highly contested custody disputes and members of the military or other government agencies who often face unique challenges in family law matters given the nature of their employment.
Allison recognizes that despite these differences in her clients, most all are going through an emotionally and financially trying experience as a result of their legal issues. When all of these issues are addressed, as they are at each Second Saturday meeting, it empowers the individual to take control of their situation and make informed decisions on their own behalf.
